Upon arriving my wife and i were introduced to Mark Lovett a sales rep at van mossel. We explained that we were simply enquiring about a car we were intrested in making a future purchase of but wanted to know facts and figures regarding how best to purchase for ourselves. He was very welcoming and understanding, explaining various options and his own personal experience. He did not come across as pushy and trying to make a force sale, just genuine advice and helpful service. He offered us a test drive in the vehicle without us asking and showed us all options and trim spec avalible should we decide to move forward. Overall a very satified customer and after going through some figures we will be back soon to make a purchase. 5 star, would highly recommend

Matt king sold me my vw golf today and he couldn’t have been more helpful. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a car to go and chat to him as he was very knowledgeable. The sales manger Matt Howard also helped us with a great deal on the price of the car and was helpful in explaining all of the extra add on I could do for GAP insurance. Very lovely people and would definitely buy a car from them again!
