Meet the Team - Alfie

Alfie joined the team at Van Mossel Accident Repair four years ago as a Panel Technician. Having previously worked in panel beating, he joined the business following a move to a different area of Dorset and was keen to continue developing his skills within a new Bodyshop environment.

Over the years, he has become an integral part of the workshop, contributing to a wide variety of repair projects and helping to maintain the high standards our customers expect.

Expertise in Structural Repairs 

As a Panel Technician, Alfie specialises in structural repairs and filling work. His role involves restoring damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards, ensuring repairs are completed accurately and safely while preparing vehicles for the next stages of the repair process. 

A Positive Working Environment 

One of the aspects Alfie enjoys most about working at Van Mossel Accident Repair is the environment. He describes the Bodyshop as a smart, clean and professional place to work, supported by a friendly and helpful team that makes every day enjoyable. 

Career Highlights 

Throughout his career, Alfie has enjoyed working on a variety of challenging repairs, but some of his most memorable experiences have involved Porsche projects. In particular, the larger structural repair jobs have provided valuable opportunities to expand his technical knowledge and develop his expertise. Tackling these complex repairs has been both challenging and rewarding, making them a standout part of his career so far. 

Looking to the Future 

Alfie is excited to continue building his career at Van Mossel Accident Repair and looks forward to gaining further experience as the business continues to grow. He is committed to developing his skills and contributing to the success of the team for years to come. 

Life Outside of Work 

When he's not in the workshop, Alfie enjoys spending quality time with his family and making the most of his free time.
