Yeovil Accident Repair treated my mother terribly. Staff were rude and impatient and I will be telling everyone looking for the services they provide to look elsewhere. If it was me or my siblings who experienced this kind of customer service my mother would not of hesitated to jump to our defence, however as it was her own she has not done anything about it. Which tells you just how much she deserved this kind of treatment. As much as I’d like to I cannot fault the work that was done to her car, so if you don’t mind being treated like dirt on their shoes then all power to you.

I crashed my lovely, albeit 23 year old, Mercedes S320cdi on May 23rd., just south of Highclere, near Newbury. It was my fault entirely. Fortunately no one was injured at all and both vehicles involved were driveable immediately afterwards so we went on our respective ways having exchanged relevant details. I simply turned round and drove the 48 miles back home to Shaftesbury. My insurance company handled everything brilliantly throughout. Through them it was referred to Yeovil Accident Repair who arranged recovery of the car from Shaftesbury by Taylors of Yeovil on May 29th. The car was subsequently inspected at Yeovil Accident Repair and deemed to be a total loss, beyond economic repair - unsurprising as it was 23 years old and valued at just £1500. Although, as explained above, no work was done by Yeovil Accidental Repair, I just wanted to thank them and comment on the service I received from that company. Communications throughout were flawless and the lovely lady with whom I spoke on the phone several times could not have been more helpful; not at all judgmental at any point and showing great concern for my situation and wellbeing. She is to be commended and is a real asset to Yeovil Accident Repair. At a particularly stressful time for me, she was calm, reassuring, courteous, thoughtful, considerate and professional and handled things accordingly perfectly. Thank you. James Lynch

Incompetent, dishonest, and low-quality Please Read Before I booked my Volkswagen Golf in for repairs on 29-10-2025, to be completed by 20-11-2025. The repairs were delayed multiple times and finished long after. Upon the collection of my car (which at the time was 23.5k in value) there was: Interior A Pillar trims not placed back properly, with huge gaps where you could see through Windscreen Wipers not adjusted after Windscreen replacement (Wipers hitting external A pillar and scratching paint) Rattle sound when starting car up inside dashboard (was not there before) Interior trim not placed back in properly, clips hanging out New water leak - window rubber trim/seals have not been placed back in properly and are overhanging bodywork. Broken rubber seal on nearside passenger door on other side which was not repaired either Orange peel particularly on rear offside paintwork in-between rear passenger door and boot Offside A pillar (external) missing paint / not fully covered or repainted Nearside A pillar displaying lacquer peel Still dents on offside passenger roof, above passenger door (paintwork not fully repaired) Creases on roof, best seen in daylight Rough respray lines which you can feel with your finger, and visibly see Colour looks darker than the original paint colour from the factory Afterwards I took this in to be looked at again, where there were no apologies or compensation. A few weeks down the line I notice more of the issues and have a huge water leak which is making my car damp and mouldy. I reported this back to PAR, who then booked it in for further repairs, again without apology. I was then told, upon second re-inspection of my car, that the technicians who worked on my vehicle were FIRED. I never received an apology. How am I meant to trust this company (VW Approved by the way) with my vehicle??? After another week has passed, PAR have now told me that they are going to completely strip the car back down and do the repairs again. I have informed my insurance and will be lodging a complaint after this complete mistreatment and lack of service. I do NOT recommend in any circumstances to anyone who is even remotely considering using this company, unless you want disappointment and your car to be further damaged. EDIT 02/05/2026 Poole Accident repair promised to repair this vehicle once again, under the premise that in compensation I receive: Valet £500 Compensation Full tank of fuel Ceramic Coating + certificate I have not received a valet, £500 compensation, or a full tank of fuel along with the ceramic coating certificate. I have essentially been lied to by Poole Accident Repair and their management. Upon collection of the vehicle, it was dirty, inside and out, not being hoovered since the repairs with dust everywhere, and the front + rear bumpers still muddy along with wheels dirty. The wing mirrors also had mud on them still, with my driver and passenger front doors still dirty with fallout on them, which had been 'ceramic coated' over, thus sealing dirty contaminants in my paintwork. The ceramic coating will be prone to premature failure, as the paintwork has not been sufficiently prepped before hand. This behaviour is absolutely appalling from Poole Accident Repair. They have had my car for over three months however cannot get simple things right, even on return after being given a second chance, for their customers.

Ben was especially helpful throughout—he kept me informed at every stage, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with.The team in reception were also fantastic. I was so worried of the damage to my car and was really concerned how they were going to go about doing the repairs, Marie and Sophie was in constant contact to reassure me they are Mercedes approved and only fit genuine Mercedes parts with life guarantee on paint work. On Wednesday when I picked the vehicle up I was so incredibly amazed and so impressed with the work there guys carried out on my S Class even refurbished one of my wheels to such a high standard that I thought it was new wheel I literally had to look a few times. I will go back so they can do my other three wheels. They finished with a wash and wax and polished like show room. Thanks everyone for fantastic work. This is my 2nd visit to Poole Accident Repair. My 1st visit, was controlled by Audi. When I wanted to get some paint work repaired, I knew I wanted it to be done by Poole Accident Repair, having had a perfect result on my previous visit, with my peralescent paint repairs. Whilst my car was getting some paint repairs carried out, I took the opportunity, to get my alloy wheels refurbished at the same time. My cars now had the clock turned back 10years and is as good as new. The newly powder coated alloy wheels, look mint!!! &will definitely be easier to clean. Many thanks, to amazing maintenance team.
